Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registrations and ticket purchases for EIS2027 are considered final and binding once payment has been successfully completed.
No refunds for participant cancellations
EIS2027 follows a strict no-refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, withdrawals, non-attendance or changes in personal or business circumstances, including travel difficulties, visa delays or inability to attend.
Ticket transfers
If a registered participant is unable to attend, they may request a transfer of their registration to another eligible participant, subject to prior written approval from the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline transfers that do not meet event requirements.
Event cancellation or rescheduling
If EIS2027 is cancelled by the organiser, registered participants will be informed of the applicable refund arrangements. If the event is rescheduled, registrations may be transferred to the revised date. Any refund entitlement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the change.
Acknowledgement
By completing a registration and making payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted this Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
